Valley Preschool, sponsored by the Houghton Wesleyan Church, is entering its 58th year of operating! Our preschool is open to children ages two (by June 1st) through five. The program is designed to augment home experiences, providing opportunity for social, emotional, spiritual, intellectual, and physical growth and development. A variety of topics are explored using play, books, songs, finger plays, drama, and group discussion. Lessons and activities incorporate chances to improve fine and gross motor skills, use analytical thinking, sharpen listening skills, follow directions, develop language skills, and share creative ideas. Field trips and special visitors enhance our school experiences. All of this prepares the children to be lifelong learners.

If you are interested in more information about your child attending VPS, please contact our director, Casda Danner, casdadanner@hwchurch.org.
