People attend HWC come from all over Allegany County. In addition, many attend our church who live in Houghton, including Houghton Academy boarding students and Houghton College students. We have numerous senior citizens, many of whom are retired from positions at Houghton College, Houghton Academy or are retired missionaries. We are also active in the Houghton Community Association which exists to draw our larger community together through fellowship and events.
