One of our special joys as a church is to see college students grow in their faith and pursue God’s purposes for their lives. We would love to have you join us as we give ourselves to Christ in worship, to each other in redemptive relationships, and to the world through outreach ministries, mission trips and service projects. We believe and boldly proclaim that Christ is the answer to our world’s deepest needs!
KOINONIA is a time of praise and worship, scripture, testimony, and prayer. Our goal is to join together as a community of faith to glorify the LORD and exalt His name together. We hope Koinonia will supplement and reinforce your involvement in the church, which is so crucial to your spiritual well-being. Join us on Sunday nights at 7:00 PM in Wesley Chapel on the Houghton College campus. 
LOGOS GROUPS are student-led Bible study fellowship groups that are organized from year to year. They meet once a week in the homes of church members.
NURSING HOME MINISTRY is a once-a-week relationship-building ministry in the Nursing Home. Each week we interact with the residents and staff through one-on-one relationships, games, hymn sings, and a Communion service each semester. This is a great opportunity to serve Christ and demonstrate His love to others.
OPPORTUNITIES FOR MINISTRY College students are so important to who we are as a church. We love for college students to attend worship here and to be involved in ministry here. We have a place for you to use your gifts and abilities. Along with the ministries listed above, we have opportunities for your participation in working with children and youth on Sundays and Wednesdays. Come join our worship teams, church choir or get involved in many other facets of our ministries here at Houghton Wesleyan church. Better yet, come be a part of our College Ministry Committee and help us know how we can better serve the college students.
