Visitation and Funeral Service for Mildred VanderVeen Mildred VanderVeen died Tuesday afternoon, August 31. The funeral will take place at Houghton Wesleyan Church on Friday, September 3, at 3:00 p.m. with visitation at the church an hour prior to the service.
Sunday Morning, September 5 Join us for contemporary worship at 8:20 AM and 9:40 AM or traditional worship at 11:00 AM; Christian Life Emphasis Week begins with Dr. Walter Kaiser, Jr., preaching in each worship service. Sunday Evening (6:30 PM in Wesley Chapel) CLEW continues.

LifeTouch Photo Update October 1 & 2 Time to update our 2009 Directory. If you are a new attendee, your family was not photographed for our current directory, or you just want an updated portrait, you now have an opportunity. Schedule a one-hour session where you will (1) check in; (2) Be professionally photographed (no sitting fee); (3) immediately view your portraits; and (4) have an opportunity to purchase portraits in time for Christmas giving. We need a minimum number of portrait sessions to be scheduled for our update program to take place. Watch Sunday bulletins for scheduling updates.
Lifetouch is also providing us with a secure online directory to help us locate and contact fellow members and friends of Houghton Wesleyan Church from any computer with internet access. Not only will we be able to access contact information but also information that will help us support fellowship opportunities. You will be receiving your individual user names and passwords in the upcoming weeks.
Update your directory/online photo OCTOBER 1 and 2 and receive a free 8”x10” picture and an updated page for last year’s directory
